PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
8/1/08: Friday afternoon/evening shindig at the old homestead. Simple picnic style food - dogs & burgers on the grill. Directed by Julie Shene.
8/2/08: Saturday - bigger event at Peg's in Star Lake. Games - horseshoes. Pictures. Directed by Teri & Peg.
8/3/08: Sunday - Morning mass at St. Huberts for family intentions. Family golf outing for whomever is interested. Games and prizes focused on the youngsters. Left-over food feast at Peg's afterwards. Catch up and wind down. Clean up. If you have items suitabled for prizes, talk to Helen. She will be directing the Sunday event. Calling all kids! What games do you like to play?
Accommodations:
Coordinate with Phil for spaces at the Homestead.
Helen & Tom will be at their cottage. Young Tom Nulty and family may share their space.
Are your spaces taken, Peg? Mary Herndon will be there. Anybody else?
Cost:
Suggested $20 per family; pay when you arrive. Donations of food and supplies welcome.
Please bring dish to pass - includes chips & snacks.
Locals, please bring lawn chairs and coolers.
